We begin with a consultation call to gather your vision. The Promarie team will follow up with a proposal outlining deliverables, timeline, and process for your approval.

Once approved, we create a black-and-white sketch or mood board for your feedback. After any revisions, we move forward with the final design.

You receive two rounds of revisions. The final artwork is delivered digitally or physically. Please note, we do not ship or assemble invitations to maintain competitive pricing.
Pricing Transparency
We believe in clear and upfront pricing for all our custom work. Save-the-dates start at $1,500, invitations at $3,800, and custom elements at $500. Pricing is based on complexity and may vary, but we’ll always keep you informed before placing any orders. Please note, printing costs are separate, but we work with trusted vendors and will be transparent about all costs. While we don’t provide postage stamps, our goal is to offer premium designs that fit your vision without surprises.
