Promarie is looking for a Social Media Lead to helm our creative and lifestyle brand campaign content strategy.

On a day-to-day basis, the Social Media Lead (SML) leads all social media ongoing campaigns on social media, optimizing strategy as necessary, and managing the development of upcoming campaigns. The goal of the SML is to create campaigns that position Promarie as a desirable brand for the millennial and Gen Z culture.

The SML and the design team are expected to achieve this goal by collaborating on campaign strategies with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Marie, other artists, and creative agencies.

A key role of the SML is to ensure that campaign strategies position Promarie at the forefront of cultural conversations through design across social media platforms, generating measurable reach and growth in the share of voice.

The ideal candidate has a keen understanding of the evolving design and e-commerce landscape, how social media is connecting artists and audiences in new ways, and how this presents opportunities to take the celebration of fine art and design to the everyday.

The SML must have the skills necessary to achieve consensus in a highly cross-functional environment, managing short-term campaign goals and long-term brand goals simultaneously.

The SML is responsible for overseeing the social media aspects, work closely with other members of the Promarie team to identify opportunities to extend and expand campaign moments for the mutual benefit of the brand.

Success in this role hinges on the ability to balance innovation, brand awareness, and love across social media platforms.

Must have

  • Experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok).

  • Expertise in setting up and managing IG and Facebook shops.

What you'll do

  • Track and monitor the health and success of the social aspect of all platforms

  • Work closely with the artist to develop social media campaigns that demonstrate value in Promarie brand

  • Lead the launch of new products

  • Act as the point of contact for social reps

  • Leverage human, cultural, and audience insights to develop impactful social campaign concepts

Who you are

  • Profound experience working in social media

  • You are tuned into the social media timelines and aware of what all the trending conversations are

  • Able to distill complex cultural moments and conversations into actionable strategies and qualitative learnings for peers.

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across a variety of marketing disciplines.

  • A strong creative sensibility point of view and the ability to share and sell creative work

  • We are dedicated to finding a work mode that is best for our team members. For this role, it can be within the Monmouth Country region in which we have a work location. Other locations are considered since the role is mostly remote.
